Terms and Conditions.

All purchases are made on the condition that payment is received before despatch.

Shipping terms outside the United Kingdom are on request.

Returned goods must be within 14 days of receipt and in new condition.

Purchasers from Valentines have the right to cancel their order within 7 working days without giving a reason.  The 7 working days starts from the day after the day the goods are received, goods returned during this cooling off period are to be returned in good condition at the purchasers' expense.  In the event of goods being returned during this cooling off period money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation.

Valentines endeavour to  respond to complaints within six working days.

These contract conditions do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.

We will automatically add you to our e-mailing list if you contact us with product enquiries unless requested not to.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser.
